I especially liked the post "The Disconsolation of Philosophy, Part 1" and while I am perfectly ingorant
when it comes to the details of different movements of the western phylosohpy, this post captures
the feeling of intellectual despair I experience each time I gather the will to try to immerse
myself in some phylosophical text. And yet , and yet ... my intuition (which can't be trusted) tells
me that the copious amounts of drivel produced by philosophers are to be tolerated because
of by posing "unanswerable" questions they at least verbalize some very meta-meta level
problems which we currently have little hope of resolving, let alone find practical use for but which
are to my mind the horizon of the future scientific exploration. (e.g. Democritus and atoms ).
